The original Good Morning Towel was born in 1910s Shanghai as an act of economic resistance. For a hundred years, it lived on the shoulders of workers across Southeast Asia: kopitiam uncles, hawker aunties, rickshaw pullers as they sweat and grind in hopes of building their children a better life.
We remade it as a symbol of what that work earned us: a generation that can finally afford rest and recreation. You, the towel, and your favourite music on a morning where you have nowhere to be. Now that's a good morning indeed.
