Kaftan Anise

We didn't pluck these stars from the skies. They came through the roads of the Middle Kingdom: the stars of anise were originally Chinese.
Now rempah for rendang and curry, settled into kitchens across Southeast Asia.
Cut long and loose in deep spice brown, the Kaftan Anise falls in a relaxed, wide-sleeved silhouette, opening at a V-neckline with a slit at the side. Down the front placket, a kerongsang cast in resin in the shape of star anise.
