What does celebration sound like in Borneo?
Named after the spirited cheer shouted in celebration, the Ooha Shirt is inspired by Ngajat, the powerful Dayak dance rooted in Borneo. Performed with strength and vigour, Ngajat carries the legacy of warriors, harvest rituals and communal pride. Their movements used to honour guests, mark Gawai, and tell stories of courage and survival across Sarawak, Brunei and Indonesia.
